Where the model and serial tag is
On Classic built-ins, and the older 600 and 500 series, it is inside the door near the top hinge. On Designer tall units and undercounter refrigerators it is inside the cabinet, to the left or upper left. Reading it out on the phone lets the right parts come to the first visit.
