Between five and twelve years, the parts are covered and the labour is yours
From the fifth year to the twelfth, the limited cover supplies parts only. The owner pays the rest, and a sealed-system job is mostly labour: recovering refrigerant, fitting the part, evacuating and recharging the loop.
One condition matters here. An owner using service outside Sub-Zero's network must contact Sub-Zero to receive the covered parts, and Sub-Zero does not reimburse parts bought elsewhere. With an independent company, the part comes from Sub-Zero at the owner's request and the labour is quoted on its own.
